9 Innovation Energie Développement Project’s Outputs & results (2) 1.6 ASEAN experts have got training in France to ensure full transfer of know-how 2.Trained on software : about 60 REE staff, 20 EDC provincial staff in Cambodia, 14 PESCO staff in Laos PDR 3.Specific analysis of EDC billing system 4.3O REE and 6 PESCO have got subsidies on PC purchasing to use the software for better management
10 Innovation Energie Développement Conclusions 1.Multiplier effects Contribute towards strengthening the rural electrification actions can be adopted by others ESCO Approach and its software can be adapted for other countries & institutions 2.Impacts & Sustainability Building the global partnership with private sector, public authority, financial community to ensure the sustainability; Significant improvement of management methods Replication of whole approach, methodology, tools, network, capacity building, setup the process.
