Concrete Suggestions Aim for first Euro–Asia–Pacific School of High-Energy Physics in 2012 Outside summer period (earlier or later) Set up International Advisory Committee (IAC) and International Organizing Committee (IOC) Each with representatives from Asia–Pacific region and from Europe (e.g. CERN, ECFA, France) Secure funding C.f., budget for CERN–Latin-American Schools at level of about 150 kCHF per School, ~ half from CERN Process for selecting first location Discussion in IAC to decide on the host country Decision by end 2010 for holding first School in 2012 Euro-Asia-Pacific School / 11 October
