Open MS Access:

Create a New Database #1. #2.

Insert Your Name To ‘Name’ The Database

Create A Table In Design Mode

Begin Setting Up The Table: Student ID Number Right Click#2. #1. #3.

Save the Table

Add Last Name Field SLName = Students last name

Add Additional Field Information As Shown

Save Your Work OFTEN!!!

Close The Table

Ensure That Everything Has Been Saved

Now The Program Can Be Exited

After Completing This Tutorial:  You should have created a table to hold student information and information about the status of assignments.  You should have created a form to allow for the input of the information.  You should have created a report to show student contact information.  You should have created a query to see which students have submitted all three assignments.
