For newly recruited staff, only Non residence allowance -> International Indemnity Path C – G of non-resident staff 12% resp. 9% of basic salary, band a, step 0 of recruitment career path (no evolution, only indexation) Reduction to 0% within 6 years after IC Each month the payroll system takes a 'photo' and stores the details At the end of 6 months the person is paid the sum of the monthly photos
