What starting points ? The way new technologies are used, in particular by businesses, has a direct impact on the competitiveness of a territory The use of new technologies by SMEs is one of the government’s priorities in France : Creation of a Ministry for ICT(Development of a programme for the promotion of Digital Economy) New technologies are part of the local authority’s strategy in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur
