INTRODUCTION The company started the production of metal products in 1992 and prefabricated modular buildings in Harmet’s product range includes various modular houses, building elements, modular on-site facilities, portable toilets.

Today Harmet operates in four factories with total production area of m2. Harmet employs about 300 workers. In our main office, in Saue, works around 30 employees. Total building capacity is raised to approx m2/year.

We offer to our clients complete solution: - from design to the assembly of the buildings.

Harmet’s primary market is Scandinavia as more than 95% of our production is sold in the Scandinavian countries. Achieving this success has been hard work through many years competition and following high demands.

GOALS Harmet's strategy is to develop the modular element production and expand economic activity by adding value to existing products. In the medium term (3 yr.) it is intended to evolve into one of the Scandinavian modular element producer without losing the flexibility and innovation at the same time. To build a new manufacturing base to grow it´s capacity and significantly increase the efficiency of production.

PREFABRICATED MODULAR BUILDINGS Prefabricated modular buildings are highly valued in Scandinavia, especially, as they ensure reduced construction times and high quality. Modular solution saves project time and money for client, because site preparation and foundation works occurs while the modules are being manufactured in factory and there are no weather delays.

We provide prefabricated modules, whereby about 90% of the entire building structure and interior is built in a factory, that offers the best conditions for construction.

OUR PREFABRICATED HOUSES ARE DELIVERED… With all doors and windows installed; With all interior finishing and most of the exterior finishing already done; With complete power, water and sewage systems; With all sanitary and bathroom appliances already fitted; With a pre-installed ventilation system; With pre-installed kitchen cabinets and appliances; As per the customer’s request, we can also install all furnishings; All modules undergo quality control before leaving the factory.

MODULE DIMENSIONS We are able to produce in factory and transport to harbour modules width 5m, length 15m and a height of 5.8m. The module size can also depend on country’s transportation regulations.

QUALITY AND WARRANTY Our products feature high-quality construction that ensures a long service life and reduces future maintenance costs. Harmet´s products come with a 5-year warranty.

In march 2010 Harmet aquired pan-European quality certificate ETA-10/0030 to design and construct up to three floor wooden houses. There is given application to apply for five floor house design and construction. ETA CERTIFICATE

NEW FACTORY Latest good news is, that Harmet is building a brand new factory at Tutermaa by the end of With m2 of production area, we will give output of 250 modules per month. Modern technology will lower production costs and rise the volumes, which is a big step forward to satisfy our most demanding customers.
