Dorothea Heath The Power of Vocabulary Instructions Session I Room 101 My name is Dorothea Heath and I have been in education for 23 years. In my past, I have taught grades K-6, worked as an Administrator, Project Manager, teacher trainer, and many other roles in Education. Currently, I am an ESL teacher at Elon Park Elementary School. Although I have many years of teaching experience, this is my first year teaching English Language Learners and it has been a phenomenal and exciting journey. HOME

Lara Harris Differentiation 101 Session I Room 102 Lara Harris has over 20 years experience in education and is very passionate about lesson design and delivery. Harris believes learning is most impactful and meaningful when it is related to the personal preferences and experiences of students. Over the years, she has developed and compiled a repertoire of strategies and resources that are effective for tailoring instruction to meet the individual needs of students.
