Challenges Successes Learning yoga and becoming more flexible was very difficult. If I had the chance to do it again I’d practice more at home. Getting to teach at the center was really easy all I had to do was make the phone call, speak to the manager, and they were fine with me coming in. The people enjoyed me instructing them and the information I was able to share.

What I learned I learned that Yoga is really relaxing and calming. I had days were I would go to class stressed and yoga would make me feel better. It is not like any other physical activities because there is no competition. Everyone is working at there own pace.

Thank you for your time. Do you have any questions?
