Problem 1: Meeting Impossible ! Suggested Solutions Arrange dates for meetings in school calendar. Communicate with students via the Internet.
Problem 2: Over-Dependence on Supervisors Suggested Solutions Avoid taking the role of a commander. Encourage students to express their ideas. Give students opportunity to put their plans into practice. Recognize students ’ work in report card.
