Arizona… is the desert????? The answer is yes it is considered the desert. TRUST ME I USED TO LIVE THERE!!! Arizona is very hot and dry. It would be winter time and people would be wearing shorts and everything else! yes: Arizona gets rain and sandstorm and we get hail also. To be surprised.
