A business process is a collection of interrelated tasks, which are required to create the desired output.tasks Business process can be divided into 4 main areas: Human Resources (aka Personnel), the processes that govern the human factors involved. Tasks within this process range from recriutment, to motivating, to discipline and everything in between. Operational (Productional), processes that constitute the core business and are the primary source of added value. The typical operational process is Manufacturing,.core businessManufacturing Financial processes, the processes that involve the recording and movement of money.
