Overcoming Challenges Farmington Transition: Student run business that are partnered with local business- Coffee Shop that gives Starbucks a run for its money. Employment of students in local businesses throughout Junior and Senior year leading to post high school employment. MTSS- working with current building RTI systems and Care Teams to develop common vocabulary and support in academics and social emotional Attendance and performance of subpopulations and super subpopulations Common Formative Assessments
