TrueBusinessID Multi Domain Process adding additional SANs after order

2 Calculation of Charges  When a new domain is added to the certificate and the customer has already bought a package then:  if less than 4 values have been added to the package no charge will occur,  if 4 values have been secured then the customer will be charged the incremental price based on the number of domains being added, ex: 2 x $25  When a domain is deleted outside of the package a refund will occur  When a domain is deleted within the package a refund will not occur.  When a domain is edited no charge will occur, however a customer can only edit the sub domain and not the second level domain  The customer is only charged when the certificate is issued. 3 Reissue Process VeriSign Confidential + Customer selects redeem to process the reissue.

4 Reissue Process VeriSign Confidential + Customers will have 3 options when reissuing a certificate based on their requirements + Edit / Add Additional Domains will incur a charge if outside the package of 4 + Edit / Delete Domains will not incur a charge + Reissue with no charges will not incur a charge

5 Reissue Process – Edit & Add Domains VeriSign Confidential + The available boxes are dependent on the number of domains currently secured + A customer will also have the option to Edit and Delete Domains + When an additional domain is added an extra charge will be incurred by the customer

6 Reissue Process – Edit Button VeriSign Confidential + When a customer clicks on the ‘Edit’ Button the box below will display with an option to enter the new domain

7 Reissue Process – Delete Button VeriSign Confidential + A customer that deletes a domain will have the option to reset the domain that they have deleted in the event of a user error

8 Reissue Process – without Edits VeriSign Confidential + When a customer selects reissue without changing the values of the additional domains the following page will be displayed.

9 Reissue Process – Add Additional Domains VeriSign Confidential + A customer that adds additional domains will be prompted to pay by credit card. + If the additional domain falls outside of the package they will pay the incremental fee

10 Reissue Process – Add Additional Domains VeriSign Confidential + Confirmation Screen + Next Screen is the CSR Screen

11 Reissue Process – Edit & Delete Domains VeriSign Confidential + This page does not have any option for customers to add domains. + Any edits on this page will not be charged.

12 Reissue Process – Edit & Delete Domains VeriSign Confidential + A customer that deletes a domain will have the option to reset it, if the domain or edit was made in error
