1,5 Kg beef 1,5 Kg small onions 3-4 tomatoes 1 cup cooking oil ¼ cup wine vinegar 2 gloves garlic 2 bay leaves 4 cloves 1 stick of cinnamon salt, black pepper
Wash the meat and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and chop the tomatoes. Fry the meat and then add the tomatoes, reduce the heat and allow to cook for approximately 1 hour. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and saute the whole onions until golden brown. Stir the onions into the meat and add the vinegar, bay leaves, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook over a low flame for approximately 40 minutes.
