BC Pre-Law Pathway Quarterly Plans: Bakersfield College (BC) Foundation -- Pre-Law Scholar Advisory Committee A Bakersfield College Foundation Auxiliary: is established by the Bakersfield College Foundation Board of Directors allows us to raise funds in the name of BC Foundation and reserves funds for Pre-Law scholars gives us needed oversight to manage resources, scholarships and other pre-law scholars monies provides a leadership structure for the pre-law advisor y group helps our students overcome the biggest roadblock to law school
