ACS and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Join Forces Model for Local Implementation –Ensure synergy between state and local cancer priorities –Expand provision of community-clinical linkages for cancer prevention and treatment –Disseminate evidence-based policy, systems, and environmental improvements for cancer prevention 2
