New Build Refurbishment Improvements in performance of existing housing stock will be very slow under present government policies. Improvements only adopted by wealthy or the very committed, maybe HA’s. Severe compromises in or adjacent to listed buildings, conservation areas, towns etc. Eco is a very nice place to be!
