Grad/ Professional schools Student Services Financial Aid Enrollment Management Information Technology Marketing & Public Relations Career Services Academic Affairs Recommended Project Team Luminis Project Team Business Office Recommendations for a cross- functional Luminis project team Human Resources Other areas often included: Admissions Alumni relations Bookstore Library

Implementation Project Manager.5-1 FTE over duration of implementation Technical Lead FTE over duration of implementation Functional Lead FTE over duration of implementation (often add-on or “volunteer” work) Cross-functional Project Team ½-2 day commitments plus follow-up assignments over duration of implementation (total approximately days) System Administrator.5-1 FTE long-term Training Coordinator 1FTE during pre-launch training period (including development time). Trainers Depends on size of institution, rollout pace, and training model (e.g., cascade vs. flat)
