CONCLUSION “Getting a change implemented and certainly making it permanent often requires alterations to organizational systems or procedures. However to survive in this era of technological change, 21st Century approaches facilitate both the teachers and students. Today’s student can differentiate well between knowing what and knowing how. The changing learning behavior and needs, thus require a teaching methodology that improves students’ thinking. This positive shift to High-Order thinking skills will assist our future innovators to face the challenges with confidence.”
