Why? Both Athletic Play sports Were intrigued by the subject Wanted to know more about healthy eating habits

Carbohy-Whats? Eat many Carbohydrates they are good for Athletes Examples….. -Orange Juice -Oatmeal -Banana -Whole wheat toast

Diets…. If you are an athlete, the best diet you can have is similar to the diet for a non-athlete Your plate should be very colorful Make sure you don’t have too much of something

Healthy Meals? (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Your plate should look like the my plate with fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and dairy. Portions are important So are colors

Breakfast To start off your day of exercise, you need to have breakfast. Breakfast is very important so you should have fruits, such as berries and protein, Also you might want some grain, like, whole wheat toast.

Lunch For lunch you could a grilled cheese, a ham and cheese sandwich or anything as long as it is healthy.
