Lord God, supreme Lawgiver, we implore You to remind the Lawmakers of this largest Christian Nation in Asia that You are the Creator of life; that You are the Author of marriage; and that from the beginning of time You have commanded:

“Though shall not kill”; and “What God has joined together let no man put asunder”. Lord, make us humbly accept these immutable, inviolable and fundamental truths: that Human life is sacred and created by the only Author of nature; and

restored, confirmed, and elevated into a sacrament by Jesus Christ our Lord. Blessed Mother, help us all to be grateful and faithful to the loving Will of the most Blessed Trinity by respecting the dignity of life and matrimony, Amen

We turn to You, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins. We ask that we, our loved ones, and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man- made. We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of your creation, and generous neighbor to those in need. Amen.

God has given the human being the right to private property as part of his natural right as person so that he could adequately fulfill the individual and social responsibilities entrusted to him.

God, the Lord of Life, by His will brings every human being into existence and He rules and sustains the life of every on of us. Our faith tells us of God’s particular care over those born of a Christian marriage, since through the sacrament of baptism

they will receive the gift of sharing the divine life itself. The reason for the blessing of a mother-to-be is that she may wait her hour of delivery in faith and hope and, as the partner of God’s own love, may already cherish with her maternal love the child in hr womb.

Lord God, creator of the human race, Your Son, through the working of the Holy Spirit, was born of a woman, so that He might pay the age-old debt of sin and save us by His redemption. Receive with kindness the prayer of your servants as they ask for
