Prayer of Rupert Meyer Lord, what You will let it be so, Where You will there we will go, What is Your will help us to know.

Lord, when You will the time is right, In You there's joy in strife, For Your will I'll give my life,

To ease Your burden brings no pain, To forego all for You is gain, As long as I in You remain.

Because You will it, it is best. Because You will it, we are blest. Till in Your hands our hearts find rest, our hearts find rest. Till in Your hands our hearts find rest.

Prayer to Stop the Passage of the Anti – Family Bills

Lord God, supreme Lawgiver, we implore You to remind the Lawmakers of this largest Christian Nation in Asia that You are the Creator of life; that You are the Author of marriage; and that from the beginning of time You have commanded:

“Though shall not kill”; and “What God has joined together let no man put asunder”. Lord, make us humbly accept these immutable, inviolable and fundamental truths: that Human life is sacred and created by the only Author of nature; and

restored, confirmed, and elevated into a sacrament by Jesus Christ our Lord. Blessed Mother, help us all to be grateful and faithful to the loving Will of the most Blessed Trinity by respecting the dignity of life and matrimony, Amen

Oratio Imperata for Deliverance from Calamities Almighty Father, we raise our hearts to You in gratitude for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe. We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of creation. We have not been good stewards of Nature.

We have confused Your command to subdue the earth. the environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing, and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference. Global warming is upon us. Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruption, and other natural calamities occur in increasing number and intensity.

We turn to You, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins. We ask that we, our loved ones, and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man- made. We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of your creation, and generous neighbor to those in need. Amen.

(February 27, 2011) 638. What is meant by the right to private property? By the right to private property is meant that every human being has the right to own a sufficient amount of the earth’s goods for himself and for his family Why has God given the human being the right to private property? God has given the human being the right to private property as part of his natural right as person so that he could adequately fulfill the individual and social responsibilities entrusted to him.

(February 27, 2011) 640. Is the right to private property an absolute and unconditional right? The right to private property is not an absolute and unconditional right What does the Church teach on the proper relationship between the right to private property and the right to common use? The Church teaches that all human beings have the right to use the goods of the whole creation: the right to private property is subordinated to the right to common use – to the fact that goods are meant for everyone.

(February 27, 2011) 642. What does the social function of private property require the owner to do? The social function of private property requires the owner of earthly goods to use them not merely for his own profit, but for the benefit of others as well as himself. The use of private property must also be directed to the common good to which the owner’s profit is subordinated.

(February 27, 2011) 643. What is the role of public authorities with regard to the social function of private property? Public authorities have the right and duty to regulate the legitimate exercise of the right to private property with a view to the common good of society.

(March 06, 2011) 644. What is social justice? Social justice is the virtue which regulates the mutual relations between individuals and society What is the social doctrine of the Church? The social doctrine of the Church refers to the body of teachings on economic and social matters, guiding human beings in the establishment of a just social order within which individual persons have to attain union with God and union among themselves, which are two inseparable aspects of the Christian message.

(March 06, 2011) 646. What are the two wrong extremes of social justice? The two wrong extremes of social justice are individualism, which denies or minimizes the social and public character of the right to private property; and collectivism, which rejects or minimizes the private and individual character of ownership.

The Church condemns Communism as absolutely contrary to the natural law on account of its atheistic materialism and its denial of the natural right of human beings to own property. (March 06, 2011) 647. How does the Church judge Communism?

Prayer of Blessing for Pregnant Women

God, the Lord of Life, by His will brings every human being into existence and He rules and sustains the life of every on of us. Our faith tells us of God’s particular care over those born of a Christian marriage, since through the sacrament of baptism

they will receive the gift of sharing the divine life itself. The reason for the blessing of a mother-to-be is that she may wait her hour of delivery in faith and hope and, as the partner of God’s own love, may already cherish with her maternal love the child in hr womb.

Lord God, creator of the human race, Your Son, through the working of the Holy Spirit, was born of a woman, so that He might pay the age-old debt of sin and save us by His redemption. Receive with kindness the prayer of your servants as they ask for

the birth of healthy children. Grant they may safely deliver

Oratio Imperata for Deliverance from Calamities Almighty Father, we raise our hearts to You in gratitude for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for Your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.
