The motor vehicles are the most used mean of transportation in the world, and also the most useful. There are lots of uses for this machines, but the principal is to reduce the time taken to arrive from one place to another.

Cars are the most used mean of transportation in the world. But, also, the most dangerous one, because of all the accidents that happen all around the world.

The most common accidents are crashes and run overs. Some of the accidents are linked to alcoholism, driving while using the cell phone or listening to loud music.

But also because of pedestrians that do not pay attention when they are crossing the streets. A lot of people get hurt or die because of people that were driving carelessly. According to The National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI by the acronym in Spanish). Only in México, during the year 2013, 1223 pedestrians died because of car accidents

Teenagers are the most affected. Teenagers are the principal population group that is vulnerable to suffer those accidents, because they just care about fun. That is why we need to make people self conscious to follow the traffic rules in order to avoid accidents. The main one is to respect the traffic signs.

Some rules you should follow: Watch carefully the traffic lights. Respect the signals on the road. Give preference to the pedestrians. Fasten the seatbelt if you are going to drive, and also your family or friends. Do not listen to music too loud. Do not drive if you drank alcohol. Children should be sat on the back seat of the car. Checking your car regulary. Respect the speed limit.

1.Get hurt. 2.Suffer accidents 3.Can die. 1.Get safe from danger. 2.Avoid accidents. 3.Prevent accidents. People that follow the rules:People that do not follow the rules:

Those are the reasons why we must be careful when we are on the streets. Remember: «Take care of your life, someone is waiting for you at home». As Benjamin Franklin said «An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure».
