Accommodation & Hospitality Services The road works will be happening between the junction of Brassknocker Hill and Hantone Hill, on both sides of the road between Bathampton and Monkton Combe. This section of the A36 will be closed to traffic throughout the works and only residents will have access. Diversions will be signposted. A36 closes between Claverton and Dundas: 2 Mar-16 Jun 2015

Accommodation & Hospitality Services New mini roundabout being installed at top of Ralph Allen Drive B&NES is installing a mini roundabout to improve the junction between North Road, Ralph Allen Drive, Claverton Down Road and The Avenue. From 1 to 13 March, the main road will be partially closed (with temporary traffic lights) in order to install two traffic islands, new drainage and the mini roundabout itself. The Avenue in Combe Down will be completely closed from 16 to 28 February.

Accommodation & Hospitality Services Partial closure of Midland Bridge for 33 weeks from 22 Feb 2015 Bath’s Midland Bridge is now partially closed for 33 weeks (from Sunday 22 February.) One lane will be closed throughout the works but if you're walking, you can still use the bridge. If you're driving eastwards towards the city centre you'll be diverted from the Pinesway roundabout to continue along the Lower Bristol Road and across Churchill Bridge (near Carpenter House), then back into Green Park Road. Westbound traffic is allowed to enter Pinesway during daylight hours but there'll be full overnight closures sometimes for safety reasons. Diversion routes are signed for drivers and buses are also being diverted.

Accommodation & Hospitality Services The annual Bath Half Marathon is taking place on Sunday 1 March; this will close many roads (and affect parking) in Bath. The only access route into the City Centre between 9.45am and 3.30pm will be the northern route via Milsom Street and Walcot Street. Cleveland Bridge will be the only river crossing unaffected. Roads close due to Bath Half: Sun 1 Mar 2015
