ADEA AADSAS 2014 The 2013 ADEA AADSAS application will launch on June 3, Please do not submit any materials to ADEA AADSAS prior to this date.
Use this section to enter your name, identification numbers, birth information, and sex. NOTE: Failure to include pertinent alternate names and IDs may delay the processing of your application. IMPORTANT! Be sure to use the same name as on your YU Transcript. DO NOT USE nicknames (i.e., “Yossie,” “Avi,” etc.)

Problems with transcripts are the NUMBER ONE cause of processing delays and missed deadlines. Print Transcript Matching Forms (TMF) for EACH US, Canadian and Israeli school (or yeshiva) you attended Review OFFICIAL transcripts carefully before entering classwork for any “Incomplete” or “In Progress Grades” Enter classes EXACTLY as they appear on transcript The transcripts do NOT have to arrive at AADSAS for you to submit your application

Credits from yeshiva in Israel appear as a block of 16 credits on your transcript, but MUST be broken down into individual classes on AADSAS. There are two types of yeshvias (YU-affilliated and non-YU affiliated.) YU AFFILLIATED—appear as “INSTITUTION CREDIT” on your transcript. NON-YU AFFILIATED-appear as “TRANSFER CREDIT ACCEPTED BY INSTITUTION” You DO NOT need Israeli transcripts for these classes.

Use this section to provide information about professional experiences, including: Academic Enrichment Programs Awards, Honors, and Scholarships (limit 5) Dentistry Experience (limit 10) Extracurricular/Volunteer/Community Service (limit 10) Research Experience (limit 5) Work Experience (including Military Service) (limit 5)
Use resume as a base for times/dates and other details Create narrative to describe what YOU got out of the experience Have Mrs. Wood-Hill review sections. Limit: 175 characters (including spaces)

Early is good. Error-free is better! Emphasize completeness and accuracy over early submission Use print option to check your data as final step before submission. Send this version in pdf format to Mrs. Wood-Hill BEFORE submitting to AADSAS. Have your payment information ready Ensure successful submission by checking the Main Menu submitted version to Mrs. Wood-Hill for file.
