Staff Evaluation Process One uniform document for all staff. Staff complete self review and forward to supervisors. Supervisors complete the review & determine overall performance rating. Campus-wide review of all ratings will occur prior to individual meetings. Supervisors meet in person with staff to conduct the review.
Appeal Process Staff can appeal ratings of “Performance Needs Improvement” or “Unacceptable Performance.” Appeals will be reviewed by a small group. Final determination of appeal will be made by HR.
Next Steps Educational sessions in January for supervisors and staff. Salary letters no later than end of June. All information will be posted on HR website:
