Client Services Focus 10 Schools increasing bandwidth since 12/31/07 60 School Visits or in person meetings Bandwidth increase 158 megabits of I1 Ruckus- 7 Schools using OSCnet Press release announcing the Ruckus Service New Co-location Facility has 8 current customers 8-10 budgeted for ’08 with plans to move in early ‘08

Client Services Focus We continue to work on upgrading the remaining 7 T1 member schools to true broadband. Currently we have: 8 schools have completed an Ethernet connection since Gig service on order. 1 OC3 order completed 2 new DS3’s completed 4 schools ethernet connections in process
