We have LOTS of jobs for the day of Relay (and before) such as: Directing survivors from parking lot to banquet Setting up lumie bags Decorating Banner Making/Hanging Sorting T-shirts Folding Programs Use of trucks

Trucks? Tents? We need people with trucks to be on call if we need any help Friday and Saturday! Also need 10 X 10 POP UP tents!

Adopt a Survivor We want to have a basket for each of the survivors who attend the banquet They do not have to be elaborate…sign up your team to make 1 or more baskets for survivors!! Still need many more!!

Due to the current forecast… A Note on RAIN… Relay For Life symbolizes that cancer never sleeps so neither will we! Cancer does not care who it affects, what they are trying to accomplish in life, who needs them, etc. It is not convenient for a cancer patient to have cancer ever. Let’s not let the inconvenience of rain keep anyone away. Please come out rain or shine and support those we love!! Bring a poncho and rain boots, we’ll bring the fun!! “Life is not about about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain”

On-Site Fundraiser Regulations MUST be approved by co-chairs (JMU logo needed pre approval by JMU) NO MONEY visible outside. Please handle money inside. If you sell something at your campsite, handle money inside TDU or inside your tent OUT OF SIGHT!
