Equality in Politics: It should not go by gender when selecting in positions, elections or ministers, officers, Presidents, CEOs and more. But choose the person who is most qualified.

 People should not face discrimination by sex, color of skin, disability, nationality, creed or political beliefs.  Everyone must be equal by law!

 The city has it’s own laws and regulations, which may conflict with laws and regulations in the country.  In terms of power, healthcare and education the city has considerable autonomy.  Some medicines may be legal in our city, even if the country does not allow them.

 There must be laws that apply equally to all the inhabitants of the city.  It needs to be equally suited for both senior citizens, children, disabled, women and men as well as minority groups.

 We want to have this mixed, both private and state operated for the sake maximum opportunities and competition.

 If the organization is private it becomes more competitive. Then the best capable persons work with the best institutions.  Private institutions tend to be more ambitious and creative.  Public institutions tend to be stable and predictable, balance!  For example hospitals.

In the city of Solaris

 The education plan must be very organized.  The Education- and school committee takes care of mostly everything.  But the committee needs a framework to work within.

This is the general plan Kindagarden (1-5 years) ↓ Elementary school (5-15 years) ↓ High school (15-20 years) ↓ Collage (20-24 years)

 Going to kindagarden is totally optional.  From the age 1 years – 5 years.  You can choose what kind of kindagarden you want to put your child in, like eliteschool or normal kindagarden.

 For the age years old.  It is free.  Since the foundation taught in major courses and is preparing for High School.

 For the age 15 – 20 years old.  They are private institutions so they can offer a more varied and better education.  The schools are different depending on the subjects and specialize themselves to different sectors

 We want to offer a mixed system.  Different schools available, the most common are academic but also art schools and specialized Vocational schools.

 The city funding private school that are supporting vocational and arts.  It will be all kinds of different schools in different studies. Some with academic learning and practical, others just academic or just practical.

In Saresolis

 Every large city faces crimes. That’s a fact. To reduce crimes we need a good policing system.  This policing system, that we are about to present, is used in several cities all over the world.  We are pretty sure this can be a good foundation for the future.

 SPD General law enfocement  Special crime unit  Anti terrorist force The police in Reykjavík

 The main police department, Saresolis Police Department, takes care minor crimes. SPD is the general law enforcement.  The head of the SPD is appointed by the city council. Reykjavík’s anti drugs unit

 Special Crime Unit is above the SPD. If the SCU comes to a crime scene the SPD is ordered to leave.  They are only called on extreme crimes. Otherwise the SPD can handle it.  The head of the SCU is also appointed by the city council. Iceland’s Crowd Control Unit

 The Anti Terrorist Force is the highest rank in Saresolis police. But they are only called if there is a terrorist attack.  The head of ATF is appointed by the city council. An anti terrorist force

 With these departments Saresolis’s policing system is organized while flexible.  With this kind of organization the city coincil will save more money while maximizing policing.  Oppurtunities would be open for privatized security companies.
