Mentors are only expected to attend their students’ school. Please note- this years format will be different from prior years. –George Westinghouse College Prep: December 11 th (Afternoon) –Chicago Talent Development: December 12 th (Afternoon) –North Lawndale College Prep: December 13 th (Morning) –Urban Prep - Bronzeville campus: December 14 th (Morning) Urban Prep- Englewood and UCW will not be participating in this event this year

© Center for Companies That Care, 2012 Overview What: Take Your Mentor To School Day When: Week of December 10 th for about 3 to 4 hours Where: At Students’ respective schools –George Westinghouse College Prep West Franklin Blvd. –North Lawndale College Prep, Collins Campus South Sacramento Blvd. –Urban Prep, Bronzeville South Dearborn St. –Chicago Talent Development West Jackson Blvd. Who: Mentors, Students, Companies That Care, School Staff Objectives: –Get a feel for school environment and life of students –Better understanding of school objectives and where mentor support is needed –Spend quality time with students, discuss grades, and college options –Kick off March to College planning Register: Use link from the MMAHM Report. Registration will close on November 30 th.
