Expect construction approval by National Science Board on 14 Nov., Funding expected at $ 5+ M/yr. All areas of the project currently in requirements definition, design and prototyping phase. Transition phase compatibility a significant design driver. Key requirement for this correlator review is to ensure that the requirements are complete and understood.
