GEB Rationale for Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) In order to sustain human living conditions we need to 1.Reduce CO 2 emissions by at least 80% in OECD countries until Create low-carbon growth in poor regions 3.Reduce localised pollutants 4.Secure energy supply and conserve resources 5.Expande social and economical capability. Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) serves all these purposes.

GEB is the Leading Investment Platform Globally for Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) 1.It convenes an annual summit to connect financial service providers with the developers of sustainable infrastructure (SI) projects and to lead a policy dialogue among stakeholders 2.Provides subject-matter expertise about sustainable infrastructure finance and investment 3.Works together with partners in order to share knowledge and to jointly advance SI Global Energy Basel is a non-profit foundation under Swiss law.
