Screen 2 Database Design Tables store data and are made up of records A record contains all the information about a person, company, or item Records are made up of fields A field contains one piece of information for the record Records are shown in rows Fields are shown in columns Click the mouse or tap the RIGHT ARROW key to continue.

Screen 3 Primary Key A field chosen to identify each record in a table Access does not allow duplicate data to be stored in the primary key field The primary key field is indicated by the key symbol Click the mouse or tap the RIGHT ARROW key to continue.
