Moving the Camera The zoom button allows you to zoom in and out on people or objects The directional arrows will allow you to move the camera. If you are in menu mode, they will allow you to scroll through the menu Use this to adjust volume from speakers
Various Buttons Microphone on/off button. Accessing the Directory Use the arrow keys and keypad to add, delete or edit directories
Changing the Screen Layout Press the layout button several times to scroll through various layouts seen above
Presentations Easy access to presentations. This key is programmable to any external source. As default, it is set to PC To activate other video sources, press menu, then presentations

Storing Presets To set a preset: Make sure you have no menus up Move camera to desired position Store position by pressing any of the numbers 0-9 for about 2 seconds N.B Presets don’t only have to be for the camera. They can be used to access peripheral devices
Accessing Presets When in a call, press any of the numbers 0-9 depending on which preset you wish to access
