Services to Students with Disabilities Does the petition describe how students with disabilities will be provided state and federally mandated services? According to IDEA According to State Rules According to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act

Does the petition state that the charter school will: be obligated to provide a full continuum of services to disabled students to the same extent as other schools in the CCSD?
