Helix Central Baltic

 Targets (micro level) ◦ Qualitative  Increased access for SME’s, notably women owned businesses, to cross-border clusters and cutting edge research. ◦ Quantitative  3 pilot tests of ICT solutions for the tourism sector in interaction between SME’s and researchers.

 Targets (meso level) ◦ Qualitative  Increased knowledge and awareness among business and tourism actors how to promote gender equal and sustainable cluster networking. ◦ Quantitative  2 toolkits for gender mainstreaming and integration of sustainability in cluster programs in the Central Baltic Region.

 Targets (macro level) ◦ Qualitative  Increased integration of gender and sustainability perspectives in entrepreneurship and innovation policies. ◦ Quantitative  3 networks for policy, practice and business development in the tourism sector in the Central Baltic Region were many women are entrepreneurs.
