Ex:  1. Deep roots— probably helps the plant to get more water.  Provide shelter for animals- to keep them from over heating.  Creamy spherical flowers- to attract animals.

The Acacia Tree  Leaves are short, gray and hairy- to keep shade because of the color.  Found in Kenya  Different between my tree and the real thing is that my tree isn't carved.

The Acacia Tree - Inquiries  Which do you think evolved first, the long Giraffe necks or the tall trunk of the acacia tree and why?  The tree developed first because the giraffe couldn’t live without the tree.

The Acacia Tree - Inquiries  How is The Acacia Tree important to the environment and or ecosystem?  It is important because the animals depend on it to feed on it, and the humans depend on it to make the animals healthy.
