Finders

Purpose of the Activity This excursive helps the participants to know one another and how what other persons think about other person. Training Application Time Reference : Approx. 20 to 25 Min. Material Needed : Pencil & Finder’s Sheet for each one.

Rules Participant will be seating at their own place. Trainer will give paper & Finder Sheet to each participant. The Participant are then asked to stand up and find out the best suitable person for each points mentioned in the Finders sheet. At each “finding” the participant will introduce himself and will explain to that person, what points makes him/her fit into that Finders Sheet. Enter that persons name in front of that suitable Finder’s sheet and then moves on to seek another “Finding”. Once every one has finished doing it, trainer will ask all the participant to be seated on their respective places. Then trainer can call upon some volunteers to share their Finder Sheet with the entire group.
