Why Deposit? The AHDS archives and provides access to digital resources: –The AHDS can make data available in a number of ways, through offline or portable media, web- accessible interfaces or FTP sites –The AHDS can ensure the long term preservation of your resource as software and hardware develops and current platforms become obsolete The AHDS can manage access and use of your resource (It’s a requirement of AHRB funding)
