How we decorated school for Christmas The pupils and teachers met each Advent week in the corridor where we had a wreath with 4 candles and a calendar with 24 cornets with a candy inside. The pupils performed some riddles, songs and carols. The corridor walls were full of paper angels.

We had Advent calendar also in the classroom. The pupils took one card off each day and replaced it by a star.

We had Christmas tree in both school buildings – younger pupils decorated it with natural decorations, older pupils with decorations from shredded paper.

We decorated also our Comenius tree with electric candles. We met around the tree with parents and guests in the evening… really nice Comenius atmosphere.

Drawings a carp – typical Czech fish for dinner

Some pupils decorated themselves too.
