SCTP MEMBER SURVEY 2013 RESULTS

Responses The survey was sent to 67 members between May and August. There were 52 responses from 50 member organisations. This means that 74.6% of the membership gave their views.

Conclusions 1.Satisfaction rates with SCTP service at record high but use of website is patchy. 2.High level of member engagement with most services. 3.Needs of members are diverse but clear demand for: Information, networking, promotion, CPD and business opportunities. These priorities will drive SCTP’s business plan.
