EVOLUTION  Humans have originated from lower life forms CREATIONISM  God created the universal and humans in six days. 

 In 1850s Charles Darwin and Alfred Wallace came up with the ideas of evolution.

 Epperson v. Arkansas  In 1968  John Epperson a teacher challenged a state law  He taught creationism in a public school but didn’t teach evolution.  Scopes v. Tennessee  In 1925  John Scopes a teacher broke the law by teaching evolution  Convicted and fined $100  This law stayed in effected till 1967.
