August 8, Patriot’s Involvement Day – Welcome Week Table setup starts at 10:30 on Thursday Aug. 31 st Please note: Set-up time is 10:30 am and, if you have a table, you lose your table if you are not set up by 10:45 am. (All tables must be set up by 11:00am at the latest.) 11. Dunk Tank: If your org would like to sponsor the Dunk Tank for ½ hour on August 31, please provide the best time for you below. Please note: You may have more than one person sit in the dunk tank during your ½ hour shift; however, it is only one person in the dunk tank at a time. 11:30 – noon 1:30 – 2:00 pm Noon – 12:30pm 2:00 – 2:30 pm 1 12:30 – 1:00 pm 2:30 – 3:00 pm 1:00 – 1:30 pm ** Note: Times may change depending on the number of orgs interested in participating Display Table: The purpose for which is to provide information and/or recruit new members and to meet new and returning students.
