Introduction to Design Engineer Analysis CATIA V5 Analysis Introduction to Design Engineer Analysis CATIA V5 Analysis Sales Kit

CATIA V5 Analysis Sales Kit Introduction Why is simulation important for certain designs Where does simulation fit in the product design life cycle Traditional codes The new generation tools What to look for in your chosen tool CATIA V5 Analysis Sales Kit

Analyze During the Design Phase ...Instead of After Engineers designing products that relate to constraints, vibrations, fatigue, static and or dynamic loads can greatly benefit from the new CATIA V5 analysis tools and Increase quality by validating in-progress designs Shorten time to market by creating better designs, faster Reduce burden on analysis group by forwarding final and mission critical designs instead of “tweaked” designs Reduce outsourcing Fluid analysis has always been reserved for very complex designs or mission critical projects. It’s a resource intensive task: in people, money and time. But many others could take advantage of this technology to create more reliable designs without having to over-engineer parts. Engineers designing any product that relate to simultaneous flow of gas, liquid, heat transfer and forces on immersed or surrounding solids could take advantage of this technology. By using this technology, Companies can greatly reduce outsourcing by validating in-progress designs Also engineers could greatly shorten their design time by doing their own design verification and advancing the best designs to the analysis group. FloWorks can enhance the overall design process. It is intended to provide the design engineer with an analysis tool thereby allowing him to do "in progress" checks on work he is doing. This will help the engineering organization to accomplish a few very beneficial goals. First, the design engineer will submit more qualified designs to the analysis group. Second, by empowering designers to do their own verification work, they can ease the load on the analysis group and allow the analysts to focus on mission critical analysis problems. The combination of these two will significantly decrease the delays fluid analysis create in the design process. The engineer can also do “what if” testing and increasing the quality of designs And lastly, companies can shorten time to market by reducing duplication of effort and streamlining their design process CATIA V5 Analysis Sales Kit
