Old Business ●Met on January 24, 2015 ●Discussed a Turnback Policy of: Turning back an accepted game policy (The Rick Wooten Policy) First Time: Freebie Second Time: Lose next 2 assignments Third Time: Done for the season ●Discussion was tabled. Any discussion today?

Old Business ●Mentor Group Established ●Plan this year is the have the “mentees” work with other “mentors”

New Business ●Executive Board Met on June 8 ●Discussed Clinic Topics and Dates

New Business ●The Thought of a Grievance Committee was discussed at the Executive Committee Meeting ●The Committee would consist of a Member of TSOA, Coach, and Administrator. ●Discussion

New Business NCISAA State Playoffs ●NCISAA State Playoffs: 10/23, 10/24, 10/27 ●NCISAA State Final Four: 10/30, 10/31 ●We will cover the NCISAA Final Four at Greenfield and North Raleigh Christian

New Business NCHSAA State Playoffs ●First Round: Nov. 3 or 4 (approx. 25 games) ●Second Round: Nov. 6 or 7 (approx. 15 games: ●Third Round: Nov. 11 or 12 (8 games which will all be out of area) ●Fourth Round: Nov. 13 or 14 (4 games which will all be out of area) ●Must be class 1 or 2 to do playoffs. Preference given to class 1 officials who attend all clinics and have shown the ability during the season.
