Principal must complete the CELDT Security Agreement and CELDT Security Affidavit online on the Principal’s Portal before CELDT materials are delivered to the school site Principal must also identify the CELDT Coordinator in the Principal’s Portal CELDT Coordinator will need to complete the CELDT Security Forms Training and forms on the Learning Zone before they can attend the CELDT Calibration Training (August 13 th or August 24 th ) Teachers and proctors must also complete the CELDT Security Affidavit before handling any of the CELDT materials Reference Guide 6520

During the summer recess, the Multilingual and Multicultural Education Department worked with MiSiS and the Office of Data and Accountability to Identify and reclassify eligible students 2200 EL students were reclassified during the summer Schools will receive a list of these students Schools will generate and print Notification of Reclassification Letters School will generate and print the Reclassification Labels
