Action Requested Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the Hamlin West Planned Development / Unified Neighborhood Plan (PD/UNP) dated “Received March 13, 2015”, subject to the recommended conditions listed in the Staff Report, and the following new condition: 16.A Road Network Agreement will be in place prior to PSP/DP approval for the Hamlin West PD pursuant to the BCC- approved Town Center West Term Sheet.
