About the syndrome  There is no actual cure for IBS  There are treatments that attempt to relieve the symptoms.  Including changing diet  medication and therapy  Patient education and good relationship with doctor

Common irritants  Milk  red meat  Poultry dark meat and skin  Dairy products  Egg yolks  French fries  Onion rings  Fried chicken  Corn dogs

What can a person with IBS do?  Eat a lot of organic foods  Chew food thoroughly  Eat small portions, and eat frequently  Avoid large amounts of food  Avoid chewing gum  Drink a lot of water
