My favourite holiday is st.valentine’s day,because people express their love each other by sending valentine’s cards,st.valentine’s day is a holiday celebrated on Febryary 14.it is a day of all lovers.I think st.valentine’s day is great holiday for giving presents each others.

Maslenitsa Russian people celebrate it at the end of February or at the beginning of March.They say (goodbye)to winter this holiday. Usually people cook pancakes. It is a tradition to cook pancakes and eat them sour cream,caviar,honey, sugar, butter.People prepare fires and burn straw scarecrows of winter.

New Year's Day New Years Day There are many holidays in our country. I like New Years Day, it is my favourite holiday. The 1st of January is a winter holiday and now it is the first day of the New Year. e. The New Years Day is always connected with our new hopes and dreams. It is a pleasant moment to get presents on the New Years Eve. I usually get many nice useful things from my parents and relatives. My parents put their presents under the New Years tree. We dont go to bed till morning, we watch TV, dance, eat tasty things and make jokes. I enjoy this holiday very much.
