A blizzard is a severe winter storm condition characterized by low temperatures, strong winds, and heavy blowing snow. What is a blizzard ?

35-40 mph winds Cold temps. Falling/blowing snow What Makes Blizzards?

Usually around 3 hours, but can last longer. For example, if it started at 3 p.m., it could end around 6 p.m. How Long do Blizzards Last?

When the conditions are cold and snowy. Occur mostly around late fall to all of winter. If you live in the arctic though, they happen all year. When do Blizzards Mostly Occur?
