3.4% got an A1 last year while 11% got A’s Easy marks were thrown away; always use a heading = State Always think in terms of Knowledge/understanding/application (S.E.E.) Use the syllabus – questions can only be asked on what is contained here

John O’ Connor tips for exam success Remember every 4marks is 1% Watch your timings as most marks are got at the start of the answer (do not waffle) No essay type answers, if evaluation is requested keep it for the end not throughout. Tighten down your answers, be concise.

Definitions are extremely important, get your key terms down with examples, do 6 a night and you’ll have them all done before the exam ABQ: read the questions first, then read the ABQ, any business knowledge must have a direct link to be used i.e. economic variables (direct link to the text used)
